Interested Vendors
Thank you for your interest in Buy Local Hands! If you are an artist, craftsperson, or otherwise producer of goods in the Greater Fredericksburg, Virginia, area and would like to be considered for our fundraisers, please complete the short Interested Vendors Form below. We promise to respond as soon as we can.
If we feel that your wonderful product/artwork/craft is right for what we’re doing, Buy Local Hands will ask you to send a sample of each item you’d like to be considered in its packaging, along with a wholesale price sheet, to: 7806 Waterford Dr., Spotsylvania, VA 22551.
Product Submission Guidelines
- Buy Local Hands will review items for sale in our fundraisers that are designed and/or produced in the Greater Fredericksburg-area.
- Each vendor should supply a short description of each item, which will be published on the website and/or in the brochure. Please include dimensions and weights, if applicable.
- Each vendor should supply a short description of their business, or a brief bio, to be included on the website and/or the brochure. A photo of her/himself is desired as well but optional. Buy Local Hands will publish one hyperlink for each vendor, such as their website or Facebook page, but will not publish vendors’ e-mail addresses or hyperlinks to other online stores, such as Etsy.
- Buy Local Hands will include the vendor’s logo, if desired. If submitting a logo, please remember that it must be a high-quality, high-resolution version. Vector art is preferred.
- Buy Local Hands requires signed contracts with all vendors. Contact us if you’d like a copy of the vendor contract.
- Vendors are asked to respect Buy Local Hands’ deadlines, since they are based on participating schools’ (and other groups’) deadlines, which are fixed.
