Here’s the fundraiser process:
Your organization contracts with Buy Local Hands for a fundraiser in which you will earn 35% of the price of the items sold. Members of your organization, as well as their friends and family, will have about 10 days to make purchases on BuyLocalHands.com. At check-out, shoppers will choose the code specific to their organization to ensure that the 35% they earn is directed to their group. All payments will be made through PayPal. In addition, Buy Local Hands will provide a fixed number of brochures and access to a printable form on our website which your organization may use to produce more, as needed.
Once the ordering process is over, our vendors will get busy making their awesome products for your group! Since many of these items are handmade, we want to allow the artists and artisans adequate time. Buy Local Hands will deliver your organization’s orders to your location on the agreed-upon date in your contract – approximately 4 weeks following the ordering period. A choice of other drop-off sites is listed on our website, and shipping options are available for an additional cost.

Buy Local Hands is open to everyone! Simply select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. Within the check-out process, you’ll have the opportunity to choose a local charity from our list where we’ll donate 20% of your purchase price. Now you’re the proud owner of some great local products and you’ve helped a local cause, too. Well done!
